Mashable.com has recently reported that “North Korea” – as in Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK) – has joined Twitter. Difficult to believe – especially because big brother China has blocked all American originated social networking services in the country. Read the article closely and you find, that not North Korea as a country or a representative of the government has joined, but a media outlet called Uriminzokkiri has joined. Apparently they have also joined Youtube.
